We always set the call times so that as many people as possible can attend. If you can’t, it doesn’t matter because you can pre submit your questions and catch the replays. Since we’ll be doing energetic work, it doesn’t matter if you attend live or not, as long as you watch the replay and do the exercises.
Yes. If you are determined to switch things up and invest at least 15 min of your time everyday, you will see a radical difference after 6 weeks. Take it from someone (me lol) who used this method to end 8 months of stagnation!
