I started my career in finance in Switzerland—sharp, result-driven, and constantly proving myself.
But underneath the success was something familiar: impostor syndrome, and a deeply ingrained belief that I had to perform better, faster and more to be loved, respected, or chosen.
When I left finance and started my business, I faced a client drought, despite the fact that the few people I did work with, or helped for free very extremely happy with their results. It wasn’t more strategy I needed; it was a shift in energy.
Through EFT and RTT, everything changed. I cleared the blocks around receiving money, feeling “not enough,” and fear of visibility. My business grew rapidly. It felt like magic, but it energy finally flowing freely.
But fast growth without nervous system safety doesn’t last. After a massive high, things stagnated.
What once worked stopped working. I tried everything, but nothing landed.
Burnout followed. Years of being the one who holds it all for everyone else—emotionally, financially—finally caught up. I stepped back. I left the platforms that once built my brand… and built something deeper.
I released the illusion of safety in constant effort. I stopped “hustling and proving” my way to worth—and allowed ease, surrender, and joy to lead.
Unsurprisingly, it works just as well. And I’m much happier.
