Episode 42: Common signs of Sabotage

While sabotage has a negative connotation, it’s nothing else than part of your subconscious mind trying to keep us safe and/or putting survival first.

In this episode, we talk about common signs of sabotage and how it typically manifests in our day to day life. Identifying sabotaging patterns is the first step to stopping in and reclaiming our power!

Here are some of the signs discussed in this episode:

  • – Ups and Downs in income, mood, progress;
  • – Becoming ill, or any physical or mental ailments that prevent us from working on whatever we were doing;
  • – Sudden changes in our routine like a new hobby or “obsession” that takes up all of our time;
  • – Sometimes: perfectionism as a way to spend hours or days thinking of how to do something rather than actually doing it;
  • – Old fears showing up again; 
  • – Nitpicking, finding something wrong once we get / are in the process of getting what we want.
